- Grilling is the best but you can use a cast-iron skillet in the oven after searing, but oven times will vary based on thickness, placement from the elements, and convection or conventional.
- Pre-heat grill to 400F. Lay cut on the grill at a 45-degree angle for 4-5 minutes. Flip, orienting the cut in the same way for 4-5 minutes.
