This is the most comprehensive learning environment we’ve ever created here at Healtheo…there’s plenty to do, learn, and see!
This quick-start overview will give you a sense of what’s here.
Learn with core education and instructional videos
You have immediate access to a core library of recipes, workouts, healthy living and weight loss videos…from the get go. Want quick simple cooking recipes, short sharp workout routines or you just want someone to show you how to start down the path of healthy living…it’s all here!
There are small but meaningful changes you can make today to help you instantly CRACK THE FAT loss riddle.
The HEALTHY TIPS tab is where you’ll find access to the CHALKBOARD SERIES a library of informative videos and weekly uploads that touch on various topics regarding weight loss, healthy living and exercise. We discuss in detail why some people store more fat than others and what you can do to burn fat efficiently. Just click on the topic you want (in the gray menu at the top left-hand side of the webpage) and dive in.
The Chalkboard series is available by video streaming, an MP3 audio and/or in PDF transcripts download should you want to listen to it or even read it later.
You’ll also find Next Action PDF worksheets to get you implementing what you learn as quickly as possible.

RECIPES
The Healtheo members area also features lots of information-rich recipes, focused on showing you how to cook delicious mouth watering healthy dishes.
Recipe videos are available in streaming video, MP3 audio and a PDF transcripts (the latter 2 are downloadable for your enjoyment). You also get a FREE recipe card to download and keep offline in a recipe book and/or folder. The recipe card comes with a shopping list, detailed nutritional values, calories per serve (also per 100 grams), and simple instructions for when you can’t get online…we’ve got you covered whether you’re online or not.
WORKOUTS
Haven’t got the time to go to the Gym or maybe you just want to be more efficient when you do. Then checkout our latest completely customizable workout routines that we’ve put together just for our members.
Want something different no problem just create your own workout playlist and share it if you like.
We provide warm up videos, cool down videos and high intensity fat burning videos to help you get back into shape.
We give you the routines, calorie burn, heart rate intensity, we show you exactly what to do and best of all…you just have to press play and follow the instructions (it doesn’t get any easier than that).
The blue box to your left that says THIS MONTH ON HEALTHEO will give you the latest schedule of upcoming events you can attend and videos to look out for.
Feeling overwhelmed?
Don’t feel like you have to try to attack everything at once! Remember, you have a whole year to zero in on what you need to help you lose fat, look good and be healthy.
The very first thing most members should do is start with the CRACK THE FAT video series and see what minimal daily changes we can all make right now to help you lose fat and become healthy. It’s also a good place to start even if you’re not overweight many of us could always do with a little reminder on what’s good for our bodies and what’s not.
Then look out for your my.healtheo.com email messages and work through those lessons one at a time. Keep an eye on the member notifications and sign up to attend anything that interests you. (You can also always catch a replay later..of course.)
